Last weekend after we had to check out of the beach house that Caroline rented for all of us, we decided to stay an extra night to hang out with my parents! We were glad that Taylor and Curtis decided to stay with us also! Dad had mentioned the day before that he had been wanting to clean out all the trash that had floated up in the marsh over the years. While we were laying out on Saturday Gair and Curt had the bright idea of putting on old tennis shoes and dad's wellies and get out in the marsh at low tide to clean up the trash.
Here is the beautiful clean marsh after the boys did such a wonderful job cleaning it out. . . and after the tide came in!
Dad offered to grill out ribs for us and invite some of their friends over for dinner! The ribs were 'bone lickin' good. . . nice job Daddy!
I don't think there is anything prettier than the sunsets behind my parents house on Hamlin Creek in IOP!
Only one word can describe this. . . . WOW!
